How a Vasectomy Works
Vasectomy is usually performed as an in-office procedure. The procedure will take about 20-40 minutes. It requires either one or two small openings in the scrotum (made after local anesthesia is given). If sutures are used to close the openings, they will be of the dissolvable type and will not need to be removed. You should have someone with you to drive you home. |
