Rhonda Walsh, M.D.

Rhonda Walsh, MD, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in biology. She then was an AOA graduate from the School of Medicine at the University of Missouri. This was followed by a six year residency in urology at the University of Texas-San Antonio. She most recently has completed a fellowship in female urology and endourology at Columbia University in New York City.

Dr. Walsh’s research interests have included endourology, voiding dysfunction, and urologic oncology. She has authored several publications that have appeared in journals such as the Journal of Urology and Journal of Endourology. She has also authored a book chapter entitled “How and Why Incontinence Surgery Works” which will be published in the forthcoming Textbook of Female Urology and Urogynecology.

Dr. Walsh is a member of the American Urological Association, the Society of Urodynamics and Female Urology, the Society of Women in Urology, and Alpha Omega Alpha. She has presented abstracts at society meetings including the American Urologic Association and the World Congress of Endourology.

Dr. Walsh specializes in the surgical and medical treatment of incontinence and voiding dysfunction as well as the endoscopic and metabolic treatment of kidney stones. She is currently pursuing an interest in robotic surgery.
